I highly recommend NYC Fly Wheels Inc. I arranged transport for my Mom from our home in Flushing to a memory care facility in New Jersey. She is suffering with dementia. I arranged the ride with Bobby. He was very understanding and professional. The driver, Michael, showed up early. He was outstanding! He helped me load and arrange the luggage. He was so kind with my Mom and got her and the accompanying nurse to the destination safely. Michael called me when they arrived at the location and told me that my Mom arrived safely and seemed happy. This is a top notch company that values it's customers.

Seamless, reliable and enjoyable experience for my parents. I did a lot of research prior to finding NYC Fly Wheels and other companies had awful reviews. I needed a reliable company that would pick up my father and be able to take him down the stairs with a 2 men assist. Bobby assured me they do this all the time and it would be no problem. He also was so accommodating given the drop off was in Westchester and a Saturday. The driver, Mike was so professional and made my parents feel comfortable the entire time- arriving 10 min early. I can’t recommend this company enough if you are disabled and need a ride you can count on. We will be using them for other events and appointments. Beyond grateful!

Flywheels is an exceptional company that provides transportation for those in need. For many years they have assisted with my mothers transporation. She is someone that requires a 2-Man Assist as well as being brought up & down a fourth floor walk up. I am also appreciative of them catering to the hours that is required for my mom to be at her dialysis. These guys will be up at 5 AM in the morning ready to work. The guys that work with this company are truly amazing and hard-working and compassionate people. I highly recommend Flywheels for your transportation needs.

I found this company by Google search because my 88 year old mother needed to get home from the hospital after a hip replacement. There were 2 men and supplied a wheelchair, my sister traveled with them. They were on-time and very friendly and caring. We just booked them again for her follow - up visit. Highly recommend.

They were early to pick up my aunt for a doctor's appointment, and was diligent with picking her up after. They were very responsive, and kept me informed off her status. Great transportation service, I will use them again.

NYC FLY WHEELS is the best company ever .My grandmother is 87 years old in wheelchair.We live on 5th floor without elevator in building. NYC fly wheels staff is very well trained and caring .They bring her down the steps and take her to dialysis safely and bring her upstaris too.We feel very safe with nyc fly wheels.My grandma doesnt travel with any other company.Thank you nyc fly wheels for prompt ,timely and awesome service.

If you need transport for a disabled person this is the company you should call. In order for my father to leave the house at any time we need a 2 man assist to take him down a flight of stairs. 13 steep stairs! We have used this service multiple times now and we are always very grateful to have found a service so reliable and professional. The cars are very clean, the drivers are always on time and respectful to father and us making sure he is comfortable and safety transported to his destination.
