• Conversations (between employees) — internal operational communications
• Ride booking confirmations and appointment reminders
• Driver dispatch and arrival notifications
• Service updates related to your scheduled trip

Message frequency varies based on your booking activity and service requests. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

2 How to Opt In

You can opt in to receive SMS messages from NYC Fly Wheels Inc. by any of the following methods:

• Submitting your phone number through our online ride booking form at www.nycflywheels.com/book-your-ride
• Providing your phone number when booking a ride by phone and verbally consenting to receive texts
• Texting a keyword to our business SMS number as instructed by our staff

By providing your phone number and submitting our form, you expressly consent to receive text messages from NYC Fly Wheels Inc. at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service.

3 How to Opt Out (STOP)

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from us at any time. To stop receiving messages, use any of the following methods:

Reply any of the keywords above to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number, unless you opt in again.

We do not send promotional, marketing, or spam text messages. All messages are directly related to your transportation service or your request for information.

6 Message & Data Rates

Please contact your mobile carrier if you have questions about your messaging plan or applicable rates. NYC Fly Wheels Inc. is not responsible for any charges applied by your carrier.

7 Privacy & Data Sharing

Your privacy is important to us. The following data protections apply to all SMS communications:

• SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for any purpose.

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You are located in the United States
• The phone number you provide is accurate and belongs to you

Our SMS program is intended for use by individuals seeking transportation services for themselves or on behalf of a passenger in New York City and surrounding areas.

10 Changes to These SMS Terms

NYC Fly Wheels Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these SMS Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our SMS program after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

We may also discontinue the SMS program at any time with or without notice. If we do so, we will send a final notification to all opted-in numbers.
